Account information: email address and Cognito identity. Research activity: chat sessions, queries, and citation interactions, scoped to your account. Billing: subscription status and Razorpay payment-method tokens (we never see your card number — Razorpay tokenises everything on their side).
Operating the service. Improving answer quality through aggregate analytics. Sending account-related emails (login alerts, billing receipts). We do not sell or share your queries or research history with third parties.
All judgments DigiLaw answers from are sourced from publicly available judicial data (AWS Open Data Registry — Indian Supreme Court and 25 High Courts). We do not host or redistribute private judgments.
Chat sessions are kept indefinitely while your account is active so you can return to past research. Delete a session at any time from the sidebar. Deleting your account removes all associated data within 30 days.
