DigiLaw is a legal research tool. Answers are generated from publicly available judgments and are intended to assist research, not to substitute for the advice of a qualified advocate. Always verify citations against the original source before relying on them in court.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly via Razorpay. Cancel any time from Account → Billing; access continues until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial cycles. Switching to a higher plan takes effect at the next cycle (card mandates require this).
Don't abuse the service. No scraping, no automated bulk queries, no resale of generated answers as your own product. Each account is for a single user; teams need a separate plan.
Service provided as-is. We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee every citation is current — judgments are added daily but may lag by up to 24 hours. Total liability is capped at the amount paid in the most recent billing cycle.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
